1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationships established between Lavaux Vinorama SA (the Company) and any person (the Customer) purchasing a service offered by the Company, in particular by making a reservation through the website www.lavaux-vinorama.ch

3. Services Offered
Lavaux Vinorama SA aims to promote the terraced vineyard region of Lavaux, notably through the operation of a wine and vineyard discovery center, the sale of wines and other products, and the provision of all services related to viticulture.
Primarily, Lavaux Vinorama SA offers wine tasting experiences organized directly on-site or with winegrower partners.
Each service offered by Lavaux Vinorama SA is described on the website www.lavaux-vinorama.ch
, including its location, duration, content, number of participants allowed, and any other specific conditions.
4. Reservations
Reservations for services offered by Lavaux Vinorama SA are made exclusively online through the website www.lavaux-vinorama.ch
.
Any reservation is considered firm and final upon receipt of full payment for the service.
A booking confirmation is sent to the Customer by email.
Any reservation implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included (TTC).
Payment is made online through the payment methods offered on the website www.lavaux-vinorama.ch
.
Lavaux Vinorama SA reserves the right to revise the prices of services offered to its customers at any time. Any changes made shall not affect reservations that have already been confirmed.
6. Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation by the Customer
In the event of cancellation by the Customer:
A full refund of the agreed price shall be made if the cancellation is communicated by the Customer at least 6 days before the scheduled date of the service;
In the event of cancellation by the Customer within 5 days prior to the service date, the agreed price shall remain acquired by Lavaux Vinorama SA.
Cancellation by the Provider
In the event of cancellation by the Company for reasons beyond the control of Lavaux Vinorama SA (incident, unavailability, etc.), a new date will be offered to the Customer or, if refused by the Customer, a full refund of the agreed service price will be made.
7. No Right of Withdrawal
Date-specific services offered by Lavaux Vinorama SA are not subject to any right of withdrawal.
8. Access Conditions
Wine tastings offered by Lavaux Vinorama SA are reserved for persons aged 18 and over.
Proof of identity may be required.
Lavaux Vinorama SA reserves the right to refuse access to any person under the influence of alcohol or behaving inappropriately. In such cases, agreed and paid services shall not be refunded.
9. Liability
The Customer consumes the wines offered by Lavaux Vinorama SA under their own responsibility.
Lavaux Vinorama SA declines all liability in the event of alcohol abuse or dangerous behavior resulting from the tasting.
10. Delay
Any delay by the Customer with regard to the agreed time for the service provided by Lavaux Vinorama SA may result in a reduction or cancellation of the service, without entitlement to reimbursement of the agreed price.
11. Personal Data
The use of personal data transmitted for the purpose of requesting services offered by Lavaux Vinorama SA is strictly limited to reservation management.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, in accordance with personal data protection regulations.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of Lavaux Vinorama SA.
